Who is the web service for ?
Want to improve user experience during safety reporting and quality of the reports ? Send your report to our web service and it sends you back with possible attributes and contributing factors relevant to the particular report. Provided attributes and contributing factors are based on predefined expert knowledge as well as on case-based reasoning using service usage history.
The web service is a simple REST service with two methods and is highly configurable, allowing to provide back recommendations of attributes and factors together with justifications, why they were selected.
